A perfect stay. My first thought was how clean and cute the place was. Easy check in, perfectly appointed. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds were comfy and the linens were freshly laundered. Everything we needed in the kitchen was supplied and I enjoyed the coffee station so much. My daughter was a big fan of the large TVs and deer we saw in the area. Rachel was a great communicator and she made us feel right at home!

The house was in a great location. We brought to full size trucks and large boats. We had no issues getting into the property with either.
The outdoor area is a perfect entertainment space. We spent every evening on the deck, it had ample seating and eating area.
We were two minutes from the marina, that made a difference in our time on the water.
We can’t wait to come again!

I can’t say enough about this rental and the host. We were so impressed by the property and how beautifully appointed it was. I have to say it was even better than the pictures!
Rachel was a perfect host and always responded to every question promptly.
No need to go out and buy gas for the grill or even firewood for the fire pit, it’s all provided!
We hosted a large group for my MILs 75th birthday and the entire indoor and outdoor space was just perfect!
This house is near Dale Hollow lake and had plenty of parking for our boat and trailer. What a dream!
If you have the chance, do not pass up on this lovely, welcoming home!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! The garage was perfect for storing our boat trailer and truck. The included slip is a game changer. Made boating so much easier. Rachel is an excellent host and her communication was perfect!! We definitely hope to stay again in the future.

We totally loved this home. Ur was perfect for us in so many ways. The atmosphere was super cozy and absolutely beautiful. We traveled with kids and this home already had a pack and play, two large bean bag chairs, lawn games and board games. That’s so big! And helpful! The host has truly thought of everything! The attention to detail does not go unnoticed. We are already talking about coming back this fall! 5 stars all the way. Totally recommend to anyone!!!! 🩷

Very comfortable and quiet. The location is good. Close to the State Park and our work area. This is our second stay and we hope to stay there on our next trip.

Rachel’s place was great! Exactly as described and right up the road from Dale Hollow and Sulphur Creek marina. She was very responsive and communicated everything well! We will definitely return hopefully soon.

This is a beautiful home. Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay waiting for us when we arrived.
